Anxiety and Regret

When faced with anxiety and terror, the only good move to make is not to distract yourself. Feel the fear, taste it, bear with it until you cannot anymore, and then bear it more.

Because the sensation of fear is always worse than the actual situation itself. Fear is the fire in which your soul will be tempered with. And your experience the hammers that mold and forge you into form.

Regret is like water, water that will quench you afterwards. It hardens you, solidifies who you are.

So I implore you, before you quench yourself in regret; stay in anxiety, embrace the hammering of your experiences, and let it forge you into something stronger before you dive into the waters of regret.
