Joined the company with the goal of developing HCA’s research capabilities. The goal is to nurture the staff’s interest and capabilities with research.
My work involves coordinating and managing HCA Hospice Care’s research activities, duties include:
1. Coordinating referrals of participants for research projects.
2. Advising on the methodology and analysis of research studies.
3. Organizing and Administrating various research-related activities (e.g. Journal Club; Research Workshops; Education events).
4. Creating resources for HCA Research.
My secondary role is in assisting the Psycho-social team develop the company’s bereavement support programme for grieving caregivers of terminally-ill patients. Some of the work I have developed and contributed to include:

Collaborated with two friends to create Visuologue: a freelance photography and graphic design team as a second job. We completed 8 different projects; two of them were with Singapore’s General Hospital Speech Therapy department and their Corporate Human Resources Department.
